Injuries resulting from accidents on the road are one of the most common types of personal injury claims. RTA claims are often for minor injuries such as whiplash but can also be more complicated.

Holiday claims

With differing legal systems and language barriers, we understand that holiday claims may be daunting. That’s why we have an experienced team that is able to cut through the complex systems of varying countries and have an extensive knowledge of handling claims through holiday tour operators.

If the injury was not directly caused by someone else, it’s still possible to pursue a claim if there has been negligence, either on the part of an individual or a company. An example of this is a wet floor in a shop which does not have the appropriate warning signage in place, resulting in a trip or fall.
