When we helped our client Cindy Thompson secure compensation following a fall in her local supermarket she was so impressed with our service that she wanted to tell as many people as possible.
Cindy described the service she received as “fantastic, first-class and extremely prompt and professional”.
Now she has shared her experience in a competition run on Facebook, and has referred a number of her friends, who’ve also suffered accidents and injuries, to us as new clients. To thank her for her loyalty, we’ve now presented her with gift vouchers worth £200.
Cindy’s original contact with us came following a fall in the Asda supermarket in Mount Pleasant, Hull. She had tripped over some metal studs which had been left in place following some repairs to flooring in the store.
She carried on with her shopping but soon had severe pain in her foot and ankle. Members of the store’s First Aid Team were called and referred her to hospital where examinations revealed she’d torn a ligament in her ankle.
Initial reports suggested she may receive between £1,000 and £1,500 for the pain and discomfort she experienced following her fall.
But the final payment we secured for her was far more than this at just under £3,800.
“The advice and support I received was absolutely first class and I’ve had absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company to family and friends.
“My solicitor Lauren Dale took up my case extremely promptly, keeping me fully up to date with exactly what was going on at all stages of the process. I couldn’t fault her in any way.”
Cindy adds: “When I received my compensation I was so pleased with the result that I wanted to share my experiences. I entered a competition on Facebook which I won and then I also received another gift voucher for referring some of my friends to the company.”
Lauren Dale comments: “Obviously we’re delighted to receive such positive feedback from our clients. This endorses our commitment to offering all our clients outstanding levels of services and reinforces our company philosophy of Serious About You.”
