I take pride in the rapport I build with my clients and I take the time to fully understand what they wish to achieve through a negligence claim.
Their satisfaction with the outcome is at the heart of my work; I always strive to ensure all legal options are set out clearly and concerns about their, or a loved one’s, medical treatment are fully investigated.

Career Highlights
I successfully represented a client who underwent a below-knee amputation due to negligence. My client was a diabetic patient who was not referred for further treatment or investigation of a foot ulcer despite a review by a nurse, a GP and a podiatrist.
As part of the case, I ensured evidence was obtained from a wide variety of independent professionals including a diabetologist, an occupational therapist, an expert in prosthesis – artificial limbs, as well as rehabilitation care. Our expert evidence confirmed that if not for the negligence my client should have undergone a single toe amputation at worst.
Following an admission of liability we successfully requested a sizeable interim payment in order to support my client’s rehabilitation journey.
In another case, my client suffered significant abdominal disfiguration following an abdominoplasty – a ‘tummy tuck’, liposuction and fat transfer at a privately run clinic. Despite obvious signs of a post-operative infection my client was not treated promptly and was admitted to hospital, and subsequently lost a considerable amount of abdominal skin.
My client was supported through a General Medical Council hearing against the surgeon and eventually, compensation was awarded through the clinic’s insurers.
