Sarah has been handling personal injury claims since 2015. Her casework experience includes road traffic accidents, injuries from accidents involving uninsured drivers, employers’ liability, public liability and product liability claims. She handles all aspects of her clients’ cases from start to finish, collating evidence to establish liability and causation along with handling settlement negotiations.

Career Highlights

I was involved in an accident at work case, representing a fisherman who had been at work on a ship when a crane used to pull up the fishing nets caught his leg, causing him to be hoisted up into the air before falling back onto the ship deck.

He suffered a serious leg injury, resulting in multiple operations, the need for metal work and months of rehabilitation. He suffered permanent nerve damage, with the case resulting in a six-figure damages award as he was no longer able to work
