Samantha is a Litigation Executive and a Team Leader within our Hull-based Personal Injury team. She has more than 16 years’ experience in the industry and runs cases, including high-value claims, representing clients who have suffered a variety of different injuries from accidents at work, road traffic accidents and public liability cases. Sam always aims to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients while pursuing their case in an organised and streamlined manner.
Career Highlights
I secured a six-figure settlement for a lady who lost a thumb when a horse she was holding reared up while having its hoof repaired. The lady was not made aware that the stable staff had tried to do the same shortly before and the horse had become nervous and needed sedating.
My client had the reigns wrapped around her thumb when the incident happened and was unable to return to work at the stables, having to change career to work in a supermarket.

I volunteer at Special Stars Foundation, a Hull charity which supports people with learning and physical disabilities where I help with music, dance and craft activities.
