I aim to ensure our legal work helps clients find out how and why their injuries occurred.
My clients can expect me to truly get to know them and understand their goals and objectives, so I can achieve the best possible outcomes for them. Pursuing a clinical negligence claim can be a daunting and often emotional experience, it’s my aim to fully support my clients through the process.

Career Highlights
I represented a husband who tragically lost his wife when she died shortly after a routine endoscopy, which was negligently performed. He was subsequently awarded a six-figure settlement.
In another case, I represented a mother following the stillbirth of her daughter. I secured damages and also an apology from the NHS Trust after it admitted liability. I recognised that no amount of compensation would change the outcome for my client but to secure damages and an apology helped to bring closure following such a tragic event.
I have also successfully secured a settlement for a client who was left infertile following negligent hospital treatment of an ectopic pregnancy. The settlement helped my client with the costs of future IVF treatment.
I also represented a client whose fertility was affected following a failure to fully remove her appendix during an appendectomy. Settlement was reached with the NHS Trust and part of the settlement was used for future fertility treatment.
