Marc has worked in the legal sector for over 25 years and specialises in accidents and illness abroad which include road traffic claims and accidents in hotels. He also represents clients who have been seriously injured abroad,experiencing catastrophic brain and spinal injuries.
Marc joined Hudgell Solicitors in 2023 having been employed by another well known legal firm, bringing a wealth of experience with him. He is also an expert in prosecuting large class action cases involving groups of holidaymakers affected by common issues, such as sickness abroad or quality complaints.
Career Highlights
In a tragic case for the family involved, a loved-one died while on holiday abroad as the result of an accident that was not their fault. I represented the family, and as well as securing a significant compensation settlement, they also received an explanation as to why and how the accident happened.
I have also successfully run a number of large group actions against holiday tour operators following illness abroad.
