Get to Know Kathryn
Kathryn has almost two decades of experience working in the field of medical negligence claims. She joined Hudgell Solicitors in 2022 to assist our Joint Heads of Clinical Negligence Chris Moore and Vince Shore with complex, high-value claims.
Kathryn uses her expertise on cases related to stroke misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, surgical errors, the mismanagement of sepsis, amputations, issues of consent and cerebral palsy cases.
Previously, Kathryn represented healthcare providers in civil litigation cases which has given her greater insight into what is required for her clients to best succeed and achieve maximum outcomes.
Kathryn qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and is a supporter of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) which can avoid claims going to court.

I’m a SCUBA diving instructor with the charity British Sub Aqua Club in Cheshire that promotes access for all to take part in diving. I’ve also helped older people manage their finances when volunteering with Age UK.
