John works closely with our Chief Executive Rachel Di Clemente to own or support on a range of corporate and legal work streams whilst utilising strategic insights. He is also the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) registered Training Principal for the firm and is a member of the firm’s internal regulatory oversight group.

John has worked in the legal industry since 2009 in a variety of roles, qualifying as a solicitor in 2017.  As a solicitor, John has particular experience of personal injury, serious injury and general civil litigation including group actions and has also worked in corporate, compliance and regulatory teams.

John uses the above roles to share his passion for improving the civil justice arena, promoting access to justice and obtaining and sharing knowledge.

Career Highlights

Being appointed by the Lord Chancellor to the Civil Justice Council in January 2024 has been my main career highlight to date. Joining the Hudgell Solicitors senior management team in 2022 was also a proud moment for me.
