Expertise and key strengths
I represent clients who have suffered as a result of clinical negligence across a broad spectrum of specialist areas. I also have experience in handling a wide range of dental negligence claims.
I am passionate about applying my legal knowledge to assist those most vulnerable in our society. I endeavour to guide my clients through the litigation process in a sensitive manner whilst also demonstrating the necessary legal acumen to achieve the best results.
I studied Law and French at Trinity College Dublin and the Université Panthéon-Assas in Paris. Upon graduation, I was offered a place on the traineeship programme at A&L Goodbody Solicitors, Dublin. As part of my traineeship, I specialised in clinical negligence and thoroughly enjoyed the interaction between law and medicine.. This complemented my studies in Medical Law and Litigation at Blackhall College, Dublin. Upon completing my traineeship, I qualified into the clinical negligence department at A&L Goodbody before embarking on a career move to London and taking up a role with Hudgell Solicitors.
Proudest professional achievement
I am proud of endeavouring to provide the best possible legal advice for my clients and achieving settlements that allows them to gain closure on a difficulty period in their lives and helps them re-build for the future.
