Litigation Executive, Personal Injury
Cameron joined Hudgell Solicitors in January 2021 as a Litigation Executive in the Personal Injury department.
Cameron has had experience in dealing with personal injury claims since leaving university. He has previously been a paralegal at Irwin Mitchell’s Road Traffic Accident department. He has experience in both claimant and defendant litigation for road traffic accidents. He then moved onto Medical Protection Society where he helped defend a range of medical and dental clinical negligence claims. Working for both claimants and defendants gives Cameron a unique insight into how each party views and interprets claims.
Cameron began studying Law in 2014 and has been either studying or working in the field since. His current role has him progressing a range of matters including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, and public liability claims. Cameron prides himself on providing a smooth experience for clients through what can be a complex ordeal.
I deal with a variety of claims and a variety of injuries. Each day I see that being involved in an accident is an event which can have a lifelong impact on any person. It can affect their physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. Making a claim can also add to that stress, my aim is to alleviate as much stress as possible and I’d like to think of myself as being approachable, yet professional.
I take pride in trying to make the claims process as smooth as possible: explaining the process, arranging any rehabilitation, and providing accurate advice is key to this. When valuing claims, I like to do comprehensive research to ensure that clients obtain the maximum award.
