Anthony has more than 20 years of experience helping clients with personal injury claims and for the families of loved ones who have tragically died as a result of accidents. During this period, he has secured tens-of-millions of pounds in damages for his clients.
Anthony specialises challenging and complex cases where damages can be over a million pounds or have other complexities that mean the claim might not succeed without a robust, analytical approach.
Anthony joined Hudgells’ Civil Liberties team in 2023 and supports former Sub-postmasters who were victims of the Post Office Horizon IT scandal, leading civil claims for compensation which truly reflect the damage caused to lives.
Previously, at Minister Law, Anthony was an associate solicitor in its Catastrophic Injury Department. He has managed complex cases involving serious orthopaedic injury, psychological injury, peripheral nerve injury, brain injury and fatal accident claims.
Anthony also has in-depth experience in personal injury cases involving road traffic accidents, employers liability, occupiers liability, assaults and fatal accidents.
Career Highlights
At a High Court trial in Newcastle I secured damages of £1,350,000 for my client who had suffered life changing lung damage after experiencing a severe allergic reaction to taking Naproxen medication to treat his soft tissue injuries from an accident.
In another case, my client was awarded £920,000 after suffering severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and depression following a road traffic accident where another person died, and subsequently required long periods of mental health care. £1,700,000 was also secured for a client who suffered an above the knee amputation after a serious motorcycle accident.
