Martin Hibbert says he should never have had to go to court to hear allegations that the attack was ‘fake’.
Coming to the conclusion of his four-day trial in London, Martin said:
I would like to thank my team at Hudgell Solicitors and my barrister Jonathan Price.
They and I believe this has been an extremely important case to bring to court.
We live in a society where free speech and the right to express a genuinely held opinion must be protected, but when those beliefs and actions are inaccurate, offensive and damaging, and cause harm to those who have already suffered so badly, people must be challenged.
