Personal injury and medical negligence specialists Neil Hudgell Solicitors have been recognised for high standards of practice and expertise by leading national charity Headway.

The company has undergone a series of strict assessments to achieve inclusion in the Headway Head Injury Solicitors List 2013.  The recognition means that the company can display the Head Injury Solicitor logo – which is seen as a benchmark of expertise – on all its communications.

Neil Hudgell Solicitors are no win, no fee lawyers employing 100 staff and serving England and Wales from offices in Hull, Leeds, and Solihull.

Managing Director Neil Hudgell comments: “We pride ourselves on the high levels of service we offer to all our clients and our expertise in brain injury cases.  We have consistently achieved excellent outcomes for our brain injury clients and we’re delighted that this has now been recognised and endorsed by Headway.”

Each of the solicitors featured on the list agrees to work within the Headway Personal Injury Lawyers Code of Conduct covering areas including legal knowledge, expertise and client satisfaction.

Rachel Broughton, Fundraising Manager at Headway, said:  “We are pleased to be able to add Neil Hudgell Solicitors to our list which includes most of the UK’s leading firms in the field of brain injury.

“The Code of Conduct ensures that all legal firms included have the relevant experience in the field of brain injury.  Anyone using the Headway Personal Injury Solicitors List to choose a solicitor can have confidence in the quality and expertise of their chosen firm and its commitment to addressing their particular needs and circumstances.”

Headway – the brain injury association – is a registered charity set up to give help and support to people affected by brain injury. A network of local groups and branches throughout the UK and Channel Islands offers a wide range of services including rehabilitation programmes, carer support, social re-integration, community outreach and respite care.

Headway UK provides support to the local groups and branches and helps to deliver high quality services through guidance on policies, procedures, standards and training.

The accreditation from Headway is the latest national accolade for Neil Hudgell Solicitors. Last year the company achieved “accredited” status from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
