Before we start work on your case we will take out insurance to protect you against the risk of paying the other side’s costs or your own expenses in the event your case is unsuccessful. This policy is at no cost to you, provided that you have given us honest and accurate instructions, and fully cooperated with us to help us try to win your case.
If you don’t win your case there is no fee to pay. In fact making a claim for compensation will not cost you a penny upfront.
The amount of compensation depends upon your circumstances and the nature and severity of your illness or injury, every case is different.
Rest assured that whatever the value of your claim, our legal team will ensure that you get the maximum compensation that you deserve.
Each case is different and it depends upon the strength of your case as well as the defendant’s approach to defending your claim. They may choose to settle within a few weeks or months or they may dispute your claim in which case court proceedings may be necessary. However most cases take between 6 and 12 months to settle.
If you, a friend or family member are unhappy with your current solicitor then yes, you or they are entitled to switch to a different solicitor.

Transferring your claim to us is a simple process.
We recommend that you contact us to discuss your case on a no obligation basis. Should you decide that you want us to take over your claim we’ll request your file from your existing injury solicitor. When we receive your file, it will be assessed quickly and we’ll take over to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
The thought of court proceedings is daunting for many people. Fortunately going to court for a personal injury or medical negligence claim is highly unlikely. Court proceedings are time consuming and costly so most cases are settled out of court. In fact, less the 50% of cases are actually heard in court.
We operate on a no win no fee basis, so whatever the outcome there are no upfront costs for making a claim for compensation.
You may already have legal expenses insurance to cover any costs. This type of insurance is commonly purchased with car or household insurance.

If you are successful we will limit the amount deducted from your compensation which will be agreed at the onset of the claim, giving you certainty and piece of mind.
