Step 1 – Use Our Website

Step 2 – Make A Call

Make a call, email us or request a call back at a time that suits you with one of our legally trained advisers. We’ll do all we can to take away the hassle of making a claim which may be worrying you.

Step 3 – Discuss All The Facts

One of our solicitors will discuss all the facts relating to your case and how it has affected you – we’ll gather evidence and do all we can to assess the strength of your case giving you chance to ask questions along the way.

Step 4 – Submit Your Claim

We’ll submit your claim by formally notifying the person or organisation that was to blame for causing your injury. They must respond within a fixed time, stating whether they accept or deny responsibility.

Step 5 – Attend A Medical Examination

If they accept responsibility you will be asked to attend a medical examination with a local, independent expert to help us work out how much the claim may be worth. Your solicitor will arrange all of this for you.

Step 6 – Claim Proceeds

Your claims proceeds will be presented to you by your solicitor and they will advise you on whether or not it is a fair offer. It is up to you whether or not you accept this offer of compensation and most cases are settled without having to go to court.

Step 7 – Claim Is Settled

When your claim is settled, you will receive the compensation deserved for you’re the injury you’ve had to suffer. If you win you will have to pay some costs which will have been discussed with you when you first made your claim with us. If you lose there will be nothing to pay at all.
