We have two exciting vacancies in our New Claims Team to act as the first point of contact for the client when they enquire about a medical negligence or personal injury claim.
Successful applicants would ideally:
- be able to multitask – monitoring own task list and those of others when on leave or unavailable, answering phones, answering live chat and emails and replying to emails on behalf other team members when on leave or unavailable.
- have experienced in client care
- possess an excellent telephone manner.
- have excellent attention to detail, especially in relation to punctuation and grammar when drafting client instructions, complaints letters and correspondence
- be able to draft paperwork for the release of medical records and to draft complaints correspondence
- use knowledge gained to establish who the primary defendant is and who is bringing the claim and to assess limitation
