About the Role

The role

We are seeking a costs lawyer or costs draftsperson to join our busy and dynamic Costs Team. The role involves preparing bills, costs budgets, and replies to points of dispute as well as negotiating costs settlements. You will collaborate closely with our lawyers to ensure that costs are recovered in a timely and efficient manner.

What you will need

  • Ideally, 5 years or more experience as a costs lawyer or costs draftsperson.
  • Good knowledge of CPR and case law.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent client care skills.
