Supporting our people to be the best

We are committed to developing and retaining our talented people and we provide both internal and external training to everyone to enable them to reach their full potential.

We hold regular appraisals and talent mapping which addresses our people's technical and personal development needs. This enables us to build career pathways bespoke to them.

It's important to us to support individual memberships and accreditations to enable our people to attain their professional ambitions - these include The Law Society, APIL.

Ensuring our people are at their best

We understand the difficulties associated with balancing work and home life and as a commitment to our people we provide a flexible approach to working wherever possible.

We hold wellbeing days where you can get nutritional advice, have a head massage or try some relaxation techniques – just a few of the activities on offer. We also provide free fruit to promote healthy living.

Each Friday we dress down a little for a small contribution of £1 which goes towards raising funds for one of our charities of choice. There are lots more fund raising opportunities to get involved with too.

Rewarding our people for being the best

Pay reviews are conducted on an annual basis and follow a formal process of benchmarking salaries against the market to ensure we remain competitive.

We believe in recognising success and offer the potential for all staff to receive an annual bonus reflecting their personal contribution to the business.

We have a number of reward initiatives in place - our people receive vouchers for recommending new clients and new employees.

Flexible Working
