Our executive chairman and founder Neil Hudgell was named both Legal Personality of the Year at the national Law Society Awards and Yorkshire Lawyer of the Year at the Yorkshire Legal Awards in 2021.
Our work supporting the development of our trainees has also won industry recognition. James Camidge was named Trainee of the Year at the 2022 Yorkshire Legal Awards and Chelsea Taylor was a finalist in the Paralegal of the Year in the 2023 Modern Law Awards.
We were also jointly named as winners of the Partnership Initiative of the Year Award at the Case Management Society UK (CMSUK) Celebration and Awards in London in recognition of our work with rehabilitation specialists Proclaim Care to provide a package of pro bono support to injured survivors of the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing.

We are committed to the wellbeing of all colleagues which is supported by our Mental Health Hub offering a dedicated line to reach out to This is complimented by a confidential Employee Assistance Programme and a Health Cash Plan.
As part of our commitment, we undertake assessments of our colleagues’ needs, and if appropriate, create and individualised Wellness Action Plan to support them in the workplace.
